What counts as an orchestrated request?
Every call to /ask — regardless of how many tools, RAG lookups or LLM turns it triggers internally — counts as a single orchestrated request.
What is with the plan names?
EgoZ is named for the self, so the plans follow the psyche: Id Ego is instinct plus mediation — everything you need to ship, free. Superego is the conscience in charge — the same engine with room to run at scale.
What does “pay-as-you-go” mean on Id Ego?
EgoZ itself costs $0 on Id Ego. Model usage is BYOK, so every token is billed pay-as-you-go by your own provider at their rates — with plan limits on orchestrated requests, knowledge storage and voice minutes.
Can I bring my own model provider key?
You must — EgoZ is BYOK-only, on both plans. Wire your own OpenAI / Anthropic / Google keys and model spend is billed directly by your provider; your keys never get resold or marked up.
Is tenant data isolated between projects?
Always. Every row, read and cache key is scoped by tenant at the data layer — there is no global path that bypasses isolation, on either plan.
